Our Process
1. Contact
Reach out to us over text, call, email, whatever works best for you. Tell us a little about your project and we will decide if a consultation would be helpful.
2. Consultation
We may decide that looking at your project in person will help us better understand your needs. During your consultation, please prepare a list of things you need a hand with. This is to help ensure a streamlined estimate with as little back-and-forth as possible.
3. Estimate
After your consultation, you will receive an estimate for the needed work. Feel free to let us know if you'd like to add or remove anything from the estimate.
4. Deposit and Schedule
Once an estimate is accepted, we collect a deposit of 50% (where necessary) and get you a spot on the calendar. At this time we also solidify a timeline for the needed work. We tend to run 1-2 weeks out, so we can get you back on track ASAP.
5. Job Completion
While every job is unique, we ensure constant communication regarding what kind of timeline you can expect for your job. Any changes to your final invoice will be communicated either verbally or in writing so you don't get any surprises at the end of the job. Without your consent, we do not change anything about your invoice. Only once you are happy with your service will we then collect the remaining 50% of the invoice.
